She goes through an in-depth analysis of your health concerns, your lifestyle, and habits, while discussing goals. An individual collection of recommendations are provided, along with a meal plan and shopping list. Recommendations made are nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement based. Lifestyle recommendations typically include stress management strategies.

 

If meal planning is not your strength, Kate offers pre-made meal plans to take the guess work out of meal planning. Pre-made plans include 'Eating for Anxiety', 'One pot meals', 'Freezer meals', 'Family meals' and more.
