The UnMasking Circle:
A supportive group therapy space for late‑diagnosed & self‑identifying autistic / AuDHD women.
The UnMasking Circle
You’re not “too sensitive.”
You’re not broken.
You’re not imagining it.
You’re waking up to who you really are.
If you’ve spent years feeling different, exhausted by trying to fit in, and quietly wondering “Why does everything feel harder for me?” you’re not alone.
The UnMasking Circle is a small, compassionate group therapy program created specifically for women who are late‑diagnosed or self‑identifying as autistic or AuDHD, and who are ready to explore life beyond masking.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or justify yourself.
You get to unmask safely, at your own pace, alongside others who truly get it.
This space is for you if…
You were diagnosed with autism or ADHD in adulthood, or strongly identify as autistic/AuDHD
You’ve spent years masking to survive work, relationships, parenting, or social expectations
You feel burned out, disconnected from yourself, or unsure who you are without the mask
You’re grieving lost time, missed support, or the “what ifs” of a late diagnosis
You want community with other women who understand sensory overload, shutdowns, hyperfocus, and social exhaustion—without needing explanations
You’re craving relief, self‑compassion, and a deeper sense of belonging
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to belong here.
Self‑identification is valid.
What is The UnMasking Circle?
The UnMasking Circle is a therapeutic group experience designed to support autistic and AuDHD women in exploring identity, nervous system needs, boundaries, and self‑acceptance, without pressure to “fix” themselves.
This is not a skills bootcamp.
This is not about becoming more “functional.”
This is about coming home to yourself.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
What masking has cost you, and how it protected you
How to recognize and honour your sensory and emotional needs
Autistic and AuDHD identity through a neurodivergent‑affirming lens
Burnout, shame, grief, and self‑compassion
Boundaries, energy, and relationships without constant self‑abandonment
What authenticity looks like for you, not what the world demands
Each session balances psychoeducation, reflection, group discussion, and grounding practices, with plenty of permission to participate in ways that feel safest for you.
Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.
