About Megan…

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Megan supports clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, Autism, ADHD, fertility, and the many joys and struggles of parenting. As a mother in a neurodivergent family, one of whom has a rare genetic disease, Megan has firsthand experience with the challenges these families may face.

Megan is honoured to support individuals through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. She works with modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy. Megan’s work is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story.

Megan understands that starting therapy can make individuals feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, or even scared. Her goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening within you, without judgment. Together, you’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you deepen your self-understanding, build meaningful coping strategies, and move toward the change you’re seeking.
